    I watched Anne make this today and I immediately printed the recipe and headed into the kitchen. I forgot to knead the dough after I took it out of the bowl of my stand mixer and it still turned out perfectly. I used 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 garlic oil - WOW, What a Huge Hit!!! Make this, make this, make this!!!

    This was so easy. It's light with a lot of favor. I will never buy another store purchase focacia again. There is nothing like homemade food. I had to bake it for 40 mins, I yes it's my oven.

    This bread is downright addictive! The outside is crispy and salty and just out of the oven, I can't leave it alone! I highly recommend this recipe!

    This was easy to make and beautiful when I took it out of the oven. I only baked mine about 20 minutes. Even though I had a heavy duty metal cookie sheet the bottom was almost too brown, next time I think I'll look for a really large size ceramic or glass pan to make it in. YUMMY on a snowy day with soup. Can't wait to experiement with it some more.

    Easy to make. End result...great! We made a second time because we were having cocktail party. Once again...terrific. We also took some of the dough and made meatball-size rolls. Again, delicious!
