I decided to add italian herbs to the mix. After 10 min, I added dried italian herbs to the yeast mixture. Love this recipe.

Easy. Amazing. Oh, did I mention easy? Oh, did I mention Amazing???? LOVED IT!!! So did my daughter...waiting to hear the rest of the family members. This will be a permanent, possibly once a week fixture in this home. WOW.

Not only was this the best Focaccia I ever made...it's the easiest. So simple and so divine! Ann is quickly becoming one of my favorite chefs to rely on for great food.

BEST ever for focaccia I have ever found - I put salt and pepper on the top and my 6 year grandson thinks I'm the best bread maker in town!! Easy to make and super delicious - my whole family loves it!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!This bread is delicious!! I made 2 pans for a party. I had to make it the week before because it takes some time to make. Of course I had to sample it...Anne says to let it cool before cutting, but a little warm...WOW!!Anne's recipes are the best!!!

I have made this recipe soo many times. I followed the recipe exactly and even used wheat flour. I love make Focaccia Bread pizza. After the dough rises for the second time on my gigantic cookie sheet, I use my favorite pizza sauce, toppings, etc. and bake it. It turns out perfectly every time. For New Years Eve 2010, I made BBQ Chicken Focaccia Pizza and it was a hit. : Enjoy!
