I plan on serving this dish this Thursday. I do not have to try it first as I have complete trust in Anne and her food. She is a treasure and deserves a BIG raise, too ! She is a gem of the first water.

I made this and left out the arugula simply because the grocery store was out and it was still delicious! It is a wonderful combo of fresh flavor and saltiness from the prosciutto. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks, Anne!
