One of the great things about watching Anne's show is that I always learn some technique new to me. (Along with the opportunity to enjoy her personality on screen and see the recipe being prepared! I've been cooking since I was a kid but did not know you could keep poached eggs in an ice bath to reheat later. What an "a ha" moment. That said, I'm not a fan of poached eggs with the arugula and grilled artichoke salad. Not a fault of the recipe, just an issue of personal taste. The grilled asparagus, arugula, olive oil and lemon, parmesan and garlic rubbed grilled bread were all wonderful together, however, and I'll make the combo again (in particular when good spring asparagus is avaialble.

great pairing with the pasta bolognese. Wimped out and instead of going out in the rain, cooked the asparagus on the george foreman grill and it was excellent. With the grilled garlic bread it made a perfect match for the pasta sauce that was too good to leave on the plate. Thank you, Anne. Paul

Anne is becomming my favorite Food Tv chef! I watched this episode and made the salad that night without even needing the recipe. She has a gift for teaching and I love her personality. Most importantly, this dish was delicious! I've studied culinary arts for years and this is a salad I will make for guests often. Easy to make, with a huge WOW factor! I hope she does many more shows!

This will be our "go to" recipe for a salad from now on. It looks amazing and the blend of flavors from the spicy arugula, mellow egg and acid from the lemon is perfect. This dish will go perfectly with any main course- it will blend well with any dish and could be served as a main dish for a lunch as well. Yum!!!
