OMG the BEST meat I have ever cooked! The flavor was absolutely perfect! Meat was tender and put Outback Steakhouse to shame in our house! Thank you for such a wonderful and easy recipe. We made the potato salad and homemade mayo from this episode as well and has also become the new favorite item! My hubby has already requested this for our Christmas Day meat- we usually do a prime rib, but this was amazing!!!

OMG (Goodness OMG OMG, Anne is a genius

It is winter, so I pan seared four 6 oz. beef tenderloins in butter, 4 minutes on each side using her rub beforehand.
I was suspicious about the Horseradish cream as it is so simple but it is also so, so good. It took about 20 minutes start to finish for the beef and sauce. I roasted the onions in the oven in olive oil, kosher salt and coarse pepper, roasting at 435 for 25 minutes. OMG, OMG, OMG!

I threw a dinner party and cooked this. I followed the directions for the beef and the Horseradish sauce and it came out perfect. Everyone raved about at the dinner. I was hoping for more leftovers for a couple of days where I could eat Beef Sandwiches but my guests at it all!

Anne, I love your personality as well as your recipes but oh my gosh you use too much salt! Every time I see you grab another handful, I simply cringe. It really isn't healthy and I think the taste of the foods would come through even better without covering nearly everything with so much salt.

Excellent but then what do you expect from Anne Burrell? I agree we need to see more of her shows. She is not only an accomplished chef but a great teacher as well. Come on Food Network, recognize your greatness!

Thank you so much for demonstrating the proper way to tie and cook a whole beef tenderloin! It came out perfect and I cannot say thank you enough! Grinding your own spices are key to this dish.
Yes, please put Anne on primetime! She's my new fav FN chef!

Anne Burell is so far above the other chefs on food network. My daughter and I watch her shows after I Tivo them. We have learned so many new ways to enhance the flavor of foods. We call her "The Crazy Lady", but do so with much affection.
