I'm with deborah, enough of Paula Dean.
I love Ann, I tape her shows. She is a wonderful teacher and a even better Chef.
I have made so many of her recipes, and never found one my husband and I didn't like.

Get her on prime time. She is the best.
    Thanks Ann.

The show and this tenderloin recipe...wonderful. Thanks to all previous reviewers who expressed their personal opinion on quality of chef and show with request to FoodTV to feature Anne more frequently. My own opinion...hope Anne gets marketed as a chef and teacher vs. performer. Let's hope!

This is the only way to make a tenderloin! Anne never disappoints the viewer with her recipes and methods. She makes us all better cooks! The Horseradish Creme is phenomenal and just not limited to the meat dish as it was fabulous on the potatoes I made to accompany the tenderloin. Thanks Anne!!

Awesome recipe. Just as all her recipes are. I tape all of the food network shows and then fast forward through the commercials. I delete the shows after I watch them, but not Anne's. I usually watch her shows 2-3 times. She is such an accomplished chef and is very entertaining to watch. You just know she really loves food and knows how to prepare it. Keep up the great work Anne and FN lets see more of her.

I made this recipe using ground coriander and cumin as I didn't have the seeds. The tenderloin was moist and delicious and so easy that it has been added to my "to make again" list. Also, I love Anne Burrell and wish she were on more often.

My husband and I made the entire menu from this episode for a dinner party last night. We did the tenderloin on the barbecue and it was moist, delicious and gone! The spice rub was not overwhelming - it was perfect. I had been concerned as the three spices that were used are all have very strong and distinct flavors.

The mayonnaise was sufficiently zesty for us using the exact recipe. If you watch the actual episode where its made, Anne adds a significant amount of mustard to the potato salad which we didn't think that it needed, so we didn't add any additional. I will say that I added a few grinds of pepper to the potato salad as we really like that flavor. My husband can't wait to make the potato salad again, I think he's decided its one of his favorites.

The spring onions were a perfect compliment. They were so sweet. They were a bit hard to find for me as we do not live in an area with a good selection of vegetable markets. If you can find them, use them!
