I cut up my chicken like Anne directed and grilled two halves, but think this would be just as great with a whole cut up chicken - just as long as you are using chicken pieces on the bone because with any meat, on the bone produces more flavor. I didn't use the oven but rather cooked it all the way on the grill using an indirect heat method and it worked great. This recipe will be on my regular summer BBQ rotation. Excellend!

By the time I got around to making this chicken dish from Anne, Meyer lemons were out of season. So I used regular lemons and the flavor was very good. Looking forward to early spring next year so I can make this with an improved lemon flavor. Anne, you are a great teacher.

I made exactly as written. It was quick and easy. The flavor off the grill was great. All the flavors melded well together with nothing being too strong. I used a little bit of the marinade on zucchini which was also grilled. They tasted fantastic too. We will definitely make again even tryhin the marinade on different proteins.

I prepared this last night for a dinner party. Started it on the outside grill and finished up in the oven. No meyer lemons in town, so used baby lemons. Deglazed the pan under the wire rack after the chickens came out of the oven with white wine, so I had a wonderful chicken au jus to spoon over. Served it with the grilled potatoes and onions and grilled asparagus. Best part was squeezing the gilled lemon over the whole thing. Our guests raved. I love the show.

This was really easy to make and so flavorful! I actually ended up skipping the grill all together (laziness and just put the chicken in the oven at 375 for 30 min. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs and they came out perfect! Will definitely be making this again.

LOVED IT! I 'm constantly trying different marinades for chicken and I have to say this is the best grilled chicken. I grilled it on the gas grill and it was crisp, sooooo flavorful and very moist. I followed the recipe exactly and you taste the lemon and the dijon as a perfect blend - one doesn't overpower the other. Just perfect.
