Beautifully done! We got the kids involved, for make your own pizzas. We used refrigerated pizza dough and an indoor grill pan. We finished them off in the broiler, and it was like a night out!

These were great but I had to change up the Parmesan one, due to not finding what was needed at the store. Instead of the arugula I blanched spinach and added it to chopped roasted red peppers and then added salt and drizzles olive oil and mixed it up, this went on top of the cheese and in the oven and the proscuito was added when it was removed from the oven. We will make these again and they were very good.

So good and satisfying. For me it was a meal not an appetizer. The combination of flavors that I would never think about it are out of these world.
