I love your show it has become my new favorite. I loved the pizzettas, and even better so did my picky family. I had a hard time finding the taleggio, I finally found it. It was worth rhe extra trip. Thaks for another great recipe!!!!

Ann is a wonderful chef and host who brings incredible enthusiasm for cooking and food. She needs to be celebrated as such. Ann, I'm saddened by the petty criticisms that have nothing to do with the gift you bring to the viewers. I hope it doesn't diminish your enthusiasm and love of cooking.

I see several of you making comments about how Anne puts her fingers in her food to taste it or how she takes a bite and puts it back in the bowl. But I don't think you quite understand the concept of the show. She is not showing you how to cook in a restaurant she is showing you how to take restaurant recipes and make them at home. And she is making them in HER home. I don't know to many people that cook in there own home and don't do the same things she is doing or use a brand new spoon each time you taste something. I highly doubt she is doing this in her restaurant otherwise she wouldn't be a highly acclaimed executive chef. And she wouldn't have a job anymore. This is a forum to discuss how you like the recipe not to complain about what you don't like about what she is doing on the show. I have tried this recipe and it is absolutely delish.

Anne, get your fingers out of your food. That is such a turnoff.

Made this recipe last night with the family. Tasty and fun. I agree with the other poster, Anne, Ina, Bobby...in that order. They are gradually transforming me from a Church Lady Cookbook disaster into a cook with some actual comprehension and skill. Saw Anne previously when she was one of the competitor's sous chefs on Iron Chef America....then on her other show (Worst Cooks of America, it was called, I think. Loved her style and quirky ways of helping us learn things.

I watched today's program with Ms. Burrell. She was making grilled pizzettas and toppings. I was quite shocked to see her tasting the tomato topping and putting the spoon back in the bowl, and then of course placing this on the pizza. This is not very sanitary, and being someone that works in the restaurant, very disturbing. I won't be visiting her restaurant. To be honest, I miss Tyler Florence who was in this time slot in my area, however they have moved him to a different time. How upsetting!

I so agree with sassy!!!! Anne is wonderful in teaching us the reasons for doing what she does. This pizza recipe was a great hit! Hope FN is listening to us and keep Anne, AB, Ina, Giada , Bobby and Tyler on as our teachers.

I have been grilling pizzas for a number of years. Anne's dough recipe is really easy to make and work with. Topping ideas are great too.

FYI - I am a real Anne fan but I have one concern I have to mention. Anne tastes her recipes and continues to use the utensils she tastes with. This is a NO NO even when cooking for your own family. I hope to see this corrected.
