I made this pizza for a cocktail party I had, and everyone loved it. I couldn't keep enough out. I have also made several of Anne's recipes and none of them have disappointed. Try these though, they are delicious.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH BEN, BRENDA AND KAT. FOOD NETWORK IS LOSING TOUCH WITH IT'S VIEWERS. I AM MORE INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW TO COOK AS OPPOSED TO FINDING OUT WHAT SOME DINER THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO IS SERVING UP FOR LUNCH! MORE DIRECTIONAL SHOWS SUCH AS ANNE'S WILL IMPROVE YOUR RATINGS! OH AND BY THE WAY, THE PIZZA WAS FABULOUS AND I WILL CONTINUE MAKING IT FOR YEARS TO COME!

I have made many pizzas but this recipe is A+++
It was so easy to make and tastes like a Neapolitan pizza (I lived in Naples Italy for the past 5 yrs.
My hats off to the recipe.
My family loved it so much, I made the recipe on Saturday, then Sunday again and Monday for lunch.... I prepared the dough, let it rise, grill it and cool it and then store it in a plastic bag in the frig for later use and just throw it in the toaster oven, yum.

She's fun and very entertaining. I?ve tried all of her recipes and so far they have been superb and easy for a home cook to do. This is a nice touch
on the pizza we cook by scratch in the oven.

I agree totally with Kat. I have nearly stopped watching The Foodnetwork because of the direction it has taken these last few years. However, Secrets of a Resturant Chef has sparked my interest and I find this show to be the most informative, best recipies for home cooks, and totally entertaining. If the Producers are not reading these comments then they should be ashamed! This is the type of show that should be running, rather than Ebonics 101, and others that have nothing to do with cooking. One huge exception is Diners Drive ins and Dives.

I have made many different pizza dough recipes and this one tops them all. It was so simple to make and YUMMY! i doubled the batch and shared with neighbors who also comments on how amazing the dough was.

I am a huge fan of this show and while I haven't done this one yet, I have made the braised chicken thighs with mushrooms and almonds...out of this world! My daughter agreed and I even got her to watch a video clip to understand my enthusiasm. I have also become quite disillusioned with FN because of the increase in competition shows and road trip nonsense. The instructional shows have all become repetitious...I don't need another twist on Macaroni & Cheese or one more glorified burger recipe. I want straight forward instructional cooking programs like Robin Miller (unfortunately on when I am at work or Sara Moulton (whom I caught on PBS when I was home on medical leave. Anne gives her viewers that type of program. I enjoyed The Cooking Loft (no longer aired and am getting hooked on Daisy Fuentes, whom I also caught on PBS. I even set my alarm to watch Jamie at 7:30 AM Saturdays. I am finding way too much emphasis on "home down cooking" and distraction in the kitchen from family members and friends.

I have a cast iron pan with grill ridges built into it, could I use this to cook the pizza crusts instead of an gas fired open grill as on the show? I gave 4 stars if I can use my grill pan I'd give it 5 but I haven't tried the recipe yet!

I have discontinued watching much of the Food network as I don't care for most of the show. But, I do love this one. Anne is the best and explains things so it's understandable for the average home cook.
This is a super receipe as they all are, in my opinion.
I look forward to this show every Saturday and wish she was on more.
Thanks for letting me post this. Kat
