This was the easiest recipe to prepare and the flavor was perfect. The salmon was great on a piece of Chellah bread, also. Thanks Anne

AWESOME!! My husband said it was the best salmon he's ever had. Even my picky 7 year old liked it. I will have to cook this weekly!

LOVE this recipe. My family is a big fan of Salmon and this dish turns out perfect every time. I have made it for family and for guests. All agree it is restaurant quality and perfect. I can not find the Meyer Lemons so I just used a regular ones. Also, my store did not have fresh Thyme so I used 1 teaspoon of dried. It was amazing. Thank you!!

    Holy crap!
    This was so good!
See I really really don't like fish!
And I wanted to give fish another try, so I made this. And now, if fish is made this way, I will always eat it!!!

Didn't have thyme and used 1/2 the butter and it was still AWESOME!! Best salmon I've ever had.

Often I find I need to tweek many of the dises from the Food Network, but Not Anne's.
This was amazing Lemon butter and yes, the Myer lemon makes a huge difference because the rind is so thin, you get all lemon goodness.
I made this dish for a Ladies luncheon and it was a hit, and Im not even a fish fan... well, I wasnt, but am now.
Ive made a tub of this butter to keep in the fridge and put it on so many other things.
    GREAT JOB...

Really great concept! I only had regular lemons and no dill so substituted a little rosemary. I put the butter on the salmon the last minute on the grill. My husband said it was better than any salmon he's had in a restaurant - and so easy!

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where there is plenty of salmon from Alaska. We eat so much salmon, it's not much of a treat anymore. This recipe really livened up boring old salmon! You can't go wrong with butter, lemon and garlic! I made a foil boat for my salmon and spread the compound butter across the fish and topped with round lemon slices and shallot, that way it all cooked together and the butter stayed in the packet. Yum!
