This was one of the best salmon recipes I have tried. My husband is still raving about the butter sauce and thinking of different ways to use it. Not a surprise that Anne wins the Worst cooks in America Compitition every year.

I have a Meyer lemon tree and fresh herbs which makes it even better when all is fresh. I also used a honey teriyaki sauce to baste while cooking which gives it a sweet taste that I am use to. I had a spinach salad with pasta and lemon sauce with capers over and some french bread.

i made thid dinner last night and i loved it!!..the salmon was nice and moist and flaky. I loved the compound butter it added so much flavor. I served it with sum aparagus and couscous that i put cilantro, onions, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in. The family loved it!!...will make again!!

THE best salmon recipe out there! Thanks, Anne! Meyer lemons are not available all the time, but I have a friend who has a tree and gets enough to share. They are wonderful if you can find them, but if not, regular lemons work just as well.

Fantastic recipe. I replaced the Meyer Lemon zest with apprx 1/2 tsp lemon juice and melted the butter. I then poured the mixture on top of the salmon. It tastes just like Logan's Steakhouse garlic-dill sauce. Delicious!
