    I love salmon and this is a wonderful new recipe for me. I like to make extra butter mixture and put it on grilled veggies as well. Yummy!! Ann, I love to watch your show, so many good tips and you seem to really enjoy yourself.

    I made this using regular lemons and also adding a little fresh chives to the butter. AMAZING! The flavor was wonderfully full and complex. The salmon was moist and delicious... just perfect. I will be making this again and again and again and..... you get the idea.

    My family LOVES salmon so I have had to get creative to vary up each recipe. This recipe was not only simple but delicious! Highly recommend!!!

    AMAZING!! This was hands down the best salmon I've ever had. The butter melted perfectly over the fish, and complimented it very well. Really easy to make too. Will definitely make this again!

    ANN ROCKS,
    where else can one find such awesome restaurant chef tips
    fr cooking. we are all lucky to have her... this recipe is a prime eample of how to enhance a lovely fish w a rich moist topping !! LOVED IT.
