I did not make the chops, but the fingerlings/mushroom and cherry peppers were delicious. Definitely a hit!!

Recipe was easy to make and delicious. The potato mixture was also delicious. My chop was very thick, about 2 inches, so I grilled it, then finished cooking in the oven.
