    this recipe for roasted chicken was absolutely delicious!! never having roasted a chicken before, i was nervous about making this for yesterday's Mother's day dinner at my house for my mom and Grama, but it was EASY. they were impressed, and that says a lot...

    Thanks Anne, you are fast becoming the "Go To Chef" on the food network. Love your show for your teaching ability and fantastic recipes. This Herb Roasted Chicken rivals, if not surpasses our Greek and Italian authentic recipe. You are a keeper in my book. Keep those recipes and info coming to us.. You may have your own unique style but its you and you're terrific. Thanks for sharing. Hope you get to read all your comments

    She is a true chef and always gives a lot of details and whys to every step. This is wonderful for us to gain culinary knowledge and great recipes.

    I've found I like her recipes and her cooking, but I cannot watch her show. I change the channel when she comes on. I look online to see what she made and review the recipes online and I generally love the things I try.

    BUT!!! Why oh Why! do the directors let this woman continue with the growling, "earl", and arm waving long beyond the time when it is interesting or even watchable. I have favorites and others I don't care for on food network - but she is the only one I just can't watch - not even for a moment.

    Please! help this girl learn a normal presentation. She would be the first eliminated on a "next food network star show".

    I just made this chicken for dinner, it was superb! I was wondering if I should add some flour in the source, but it was very good without the flour. I love Ann's show. I wish there are more of her show.

    I'm not surpised to see that this chicken recipe is so highly rated by so many. To those of you who did not have success with it, keep trying. I was intimidated by the list of ingredients, but wow was it worth the fuss! Keep trying! If I can do it, you can do it!

    I watched Anne make this look so easy. I have made turkey and thought how hard can it be to do chicken? The only thing I did different was omit the Rosemary. It came out WONDERFUL!! I also have to say that I bought a mill for the potato's and use it all the time now. Thank you for that tip!!!! I will Definately make this dish again. Kudos to you Anne.

    I had high hopes for this dish but was surprised when the chicken lacked flavor. However, it was moist. It was just blah and VERY time consuming. Not to mention costly. You practically had to sit in the kitchen with this bird so you could flip it every 15 minutes. I thought it was kind of over kill. I have made better roasted chickens before with half of the ingredients and half the work but double the flavor of Anne's
