GREAT!! I used rosemary, thyme, parsley and chives, I also used fontina and gruyere. Great side for the fish.

simple, easy, awesome. i used thyme and parsley for the herbs, and a mixture of swiss and fontina for the cheeses. also just used 2% milk and it set up just fine.

Just know tasting it, very good. Added different herbs and caramelized onions. It came out great.
