EXCELLENT will never buy store bought Mayo again at four dollars a jar this is an extra special treat, and one that can be varied by just a few ingredients. I have always loved Ann but this has made me a fan for life!!!!! As for the vinegar loved the zip!!!!

This mayonnaise recipe is outstanding! I will never buy prepared mayo again! I have already made it a few times with some twists: try adding garlic, paprika, your herb of choice or lemon. The possibilities are endless! The vinegar taste was just right for me, but if it is too much for you, simply add less! This recipe is a keeper!

I've been a good cook for 30 years. This mayo was just perfect as the recipe calls for.
I thought the vinegar was excellent, but I use a good quality vinegar and that makes all
the difference in intensity vs taste. Thanks!

Not only is this delicous, I get to use the cage free eggs I get at my farmers market. Grapeseed oil is a great neutral oil that is loaded with Omega 3. It was a tad heavy on the vinegar for me, I added about 1/2 tsp of honey to smooth it out. I'm anxious to try this with rice wine vinegar and white balsamic.

Made this tonight. I did substitute the juice of a lemon for the vinegar, otherwise asritten. Will definitely make again. Very quick and easy. I love knowing exactly what's in my food.

Started to make country style potato salad and realized I was real low on mayo, so I searched for a recipe and found this and boy am I glad. Tastes delightful! Light and fluffy as can be, used my KitchedAid stand mixer on high, didn't want the coloring of the red wine vinegar so I used about two palmfuls of fresh lemon juice for my acid and Wesson oil. I was patient and did it just like she said and now I have creamy tasty mayo for my tater salad...I hope I have enough...I keep tasting it b/c I can't believe how great it turned out!

    SOOO EASY!!!!

This mayonnaise has a perfectly creamy consistency. No need to EVER purchase store-bought again. I will probably use half the vinegar next time because of personal taste, but overall--AMAZING. Adding arugula, chipotle, basil or tarragon would be special too. Thanks Anne! Looooooove your recipes!
