    This recipe was great!
I used 1 tsp of dried Rosemary and Sage instead of fresh (I would have preferred the fresh, but this is what I had in the house last night, when I realized that this needed to marinate overnight!
But even with the dried herbs, this recipe was delicious, extremely flavorful, and one of the moistest pieces of chicken that I have ever had!
Thanks for the great marinade/recipe, I will definitely be making this one again! :

This is a fantastic recipe. It is quick and easy to prepare. I used 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary and 1 teaspoon of dried sage, and it tasted great. It is important to marinate the thighs in a flat dish, cover and marinate over night.
My husband loved this and said this is a keeper! A great meal on a hot summer evening.

The lemon really comes through and the chicken is moist and delicious. I used a semi butterflied whole chicken and it tasted great. Anne's recipes really work for me.
