My family loved this dish and it is not hard to make at all. Will definitely make it again, soon. Love your recipes, Anne.

The bold marinade ingredients resulted in a a fabuous flavor that was not overwhelming nor distinctly reminiscent of one particular ingredient. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much!

First, I found hanger steaks at Whole Foods for $6.99 a lb. They were already trimmed and ready to eat . . . I bought four (4 hanger steaks and it cost me $10.92.
Since it's just my husband and me, I prepared two of the steaks and cut the marinade recipe in half. The steaks marinated in the refrigerator for just about five (5 hours, grilled for five (5 minutes on one side, then about five (5 minutes on the other side. After taking of the grill, I let them stand for about six (6 minutes, then sliced them into medallions.

I served the hanger steak with Kentucky Spoon Bread and Aaron McCargo's "Packin' a Punch Broccoli Slaw."

My husband and I rate this recipe a very solid 10! Incredibly tender! And, cost effective!

I think I was off my cooking game last night, as this dish and my turnips did not turn out as well as I hoped. However, the meat that was tender was delicious with this marinade. I could not find hanger steak so used skirt steak - MY BIG MISTAKE - london broil would've been a better choice in the absence of hanger steak. I will try this again, and I also think ithe marinade would be equally delicious on pork tenderloin, too.

I love this steak recipe, period, end of review! I could not find a hanger steak to save my soul, so I used a nicely marbled london broil (rump steak instead. Good job, great steaks and marvelous presentation. Anne, I love ya!
