These were good. Instead of regular flour, I used whole grain and they were tasty...not to mention a bit healthier too. I didnt add any of the zest because I personally don't like it but they were soft and fluffy. Kids loved them too.

I love these pancakes! I followed the recipe almost exactly except I only zest 1 1/2 of the meyer lemons not both. My husband said it was the best pancakes he has ever had. I didn't have strawberries so we used syrup and powder sugar and thought it was great!

I liked this, but it's a little too lemony for me. I also think it would be better with just syrup or blueberries. I'm not sure how much I liked the strawberries.

Made these today for my husband for father's day. He loved them. The lemon really made it. (I used regular lemons since I was out of Meyers. Also added blueberries to the batter. Delicious.

Delicious! I used regular lemons and added a dash of vietnamese cinnamon (extra strong. It was so yummy! I froze the leftover pancakes - all you need to do is pop in the toaster and they are ready for breakfast tomorrow!
