These pancakes are absolutely delicious. They definitely take time, but well worth it! Watching the show first helps, as it gives you some neat pointers ie. technique to folding in the egg whites. Thanks, Anne!

These pancakes are like little pillows of love. They are flavorful, fluffy, and decadent. I will make them again and again.

I usually do not like many lemon recipes, but this recipe was fabulous. I did not make the strawberry topping, i just topped mine with powdered sugar. They were so good i didn't put anything else on them. YUM YUM!!!!! This recipe is a keeper.

These were FANTASTIC! I don't usually like ricotta, but it some how works with this recipe. My whole family loved them and the strawberry sauce was a perfect match for the lemon flavor of the pancakes. Best pancakes I have ever had!

Pancakes and strawberries are just amazing. I did add a splash of vanilla like one other reviewer did and it definitely added to the flavor. I am convinced the secret to the pancakes being fluffy is the stiffness and folding of the egg whites. I didn't fold mine as aggressively as Chef Anne did and still had small clumps of egg white that had not completely incorporated and mine came out perfect.

The other folks nailed it, these pancakes are five stars. Not the easiest things to make but so worth the effort. Thank you Chef Anne!

I'm never been a huge fan of pancakes, but when I watched the episode where Chef Burrell made these, I had to try them. We're glad we did! My wife loved them as did our two year old.

I made this tonight and initially I was wary of the amounts of lemon but when they were done, it was excellent. The combination of the sweet strawberries, tart orange juice and lemon was awesome. I thought the texture was not fluffy although I was expecting it. Not that it was bad, but not what I though it would be.

Overall this is a great recipe and bookmarked (this is the highest compliment because I only bookmark one out of a hundred... maybe. Easy to use with all kinds of fruit!

    Thanks!

If you are looking for a pancake that is twice as good as every other homemade pancake you've ever made, this is the one for you. The essence of lemon fills your palette with every bite. The strawberry coulis is amazing. For a slightly decadent twist, I used a splash of Grand Marnier to the strawberries.
