Awesome. Going to be great for hot weather when you don't want to cook/eat a lot. Also the crisps are a bit different for when you need to make a salad for guests.

This is a simple recipe that makes a salad into something extraordinary with the parmesan crisps. Everyone loves this recipe when I bring it to potlucks.

The Parmesan Crisps made a simple salad into a Feast. Altered salad, no onions to make it child friendly. It was fun watching the kids use their crisps to make "salad sandwich". Great way to get them to eat their greens.

Can't believe how easy it was to make. I didn't have the silicone cooking sheet, but parchment paper worked just as well. I'll have to make extra crisps to have on hand.

Made it as part of our Easter Sunday dinner today. So tasty! Used pecans instead of walnuts, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It's very easy and delicious. The parmigiano crisps were a great touch.

A very refreshing salad, went well with the sausage, spinach, ricotta manicotti. Instead of using parmigiano I used romano cheese for the crisps.

I made this salad right after seeing it on the show. WOW. I am a salad lover--my family is "okay" with them, BUT, after trying this one they are requesting encores.

Thanks, Chef Burrell, for uniting our family in salad appreciation!!

Wonderful recipes and glad to see you on the daily network. Bravo for FoodNetwork!!

We didn't get a chance to put the salad together, but we did try out the parmesan crips, they were so easy to make and tasted very yummy.
