Anne, I am a big fan of yours since watching at Iron Chef and I have done a couple of your recipes. They are all great! Thank You!
This recipe was soooo good. My family loved it! I actually added pastrami, turkey and a slice of swiss cheese to the mozarella. Also, I made the dipping sauce and added a bit of mayo, thyme and fresh lime zest & juice, then spread over the bread, mounted the sandwich with the two cheeses enclosing the meats and fried the whole thing. It was so good! Basically, I loved the fact that you can adapt it easily and enjoy a very tasty meal. This one is such a keeper. Many thanks!
