I would pay for this in a restaurant! Followed the directions, pretty easy and served to friends. Said I'd order pizza if it didn't turn out--no need! Happy faces and mouths all around. I'll definitly make this again with the rissoto milanese. I think the cremalata took it up a knotch, added a bright and fresh flavor. I made some without the horseradish for my guests who didn't care for it

Very easy to prepare. The meal was flavorful. I served it with Chef Anne's risotto milanese which obviously made the presentation great because of all the colors. The meat fell right off the bone and the marrow was like desert. Everyone loved it.

I've searched for recipes online for years, but have never rated one. This is pretty amazing. I made it for company and everyone loved it. My husband completely zoned out of the conversation he was so overwhelmed with the exquisite taste. I actually grew tired of him saying how much he enjoyed it. The raves continued the next morning as well. He used to work as a chef, and this morning declared this was one of the best things he has eaten......EVER. Hi praise Anne. Thanks so much for this recipe - a new family tradition for sure.

Amazing. I've made osso buco many times but never like this. To answer the question as to what to do with the remaining shank bones - use them in soups or stews. They add a wonderful flavor and texture. BTW, the bones can be frozen. Hope this helps.

My whole family LOVED it! the vael melts in your mouth and the risotto was so creamy. this recipe was so good my 10yr old daughter made the risotto. My only question is what should I do with the remains of the shank I didnt cook. My butcher sold me 2 shanks cut them and tied. bagged the top and end parts. Help:!

I made Anne's Osso Buco last night for a few friends and they loved it. Awesome! Simply Awesome! I think Anne's makes it so easy to follow her recipes and to make what may seem difficult easy. Thanks for being so awesome! I served it with roasted garlic/parmesan cheese/sour cream smashed potatoes instead of the risotto and it was super fun replacement. I have left over sauce and smashed and I am getting ready to eat as a snack!

Oh my goodness! This was fantastic. My mouth kept saying eat, but my belly was full! I watched the show and made the recipe the same day. It did take a while as Anne says so prepare for that. And I "browned the crap" out of the veggies too. LOL.. I have been looking for a great osso bucco recipe and this is it! Thank you Anne. I love your recipes and so enjoy watching your shows. Tara
