After watching the show yesterday and because I had everything at home I decided to make this sauce. It was pretty easy and the taste was wonderful.(I didn't use as much salt. Very rich and full of flavor. The only problem was, as it bubbled away for 3 hours it made a mess on the cook top.

This recipe is out-of-this-world good!Seriously, it's probably the best thing I've ever cooked, and it was so simple and used so few ingredients! I used ground turkey, which is probably blasphemous, but it still turned out great (I did have to let the meat "brown" for almost 30 minutes instead of 20, since ground turkey has a lot of water to cook off. I was blown away by the amount of salt she used in the show, too, but keep in mind that this recipe makes enough for two pounds of pasta, which is about eight servings. Broken down that way, it's not so much.

This recipe is definitely worth the time and effort. I made this right after the show aired. This is THE best sauce I have ever tasted, and my family agreed!

We saw the recipe for Pasta Bolognese early one morning, and had the ingredients on hand. Wow such a rich, deep sauce. We have 4 kids and hoped to have leftovers... But now with such a great recipe.

PLEASE pay attention to all the great reviews, Food Network exec's! THIS show and this fabulous, knowledgeable, experienced, personable REAL chef are what your viewers have been waiting for! We eagerly anticipated this show, and were not disappointed. We even had all the ingredients on hand and were prepared to make this dish as soon as we were able to watch it on the DVR this afternoon. What a well spent Sunday afternoon and what a terrific dinner we had with our friends and family tonight! This sauce is the best sauce that I have ever made. It's a rich, think, tasty sauce that is well worth the time and effort. It isn't even that difficult, really, and Anne does a wonderful job teaching us how to make it. Anne, thanks so much and please don't stay your charming, fun self and don't let the FN idiots change you! NONE of the newer FN shows have gotten reviews like yours! You are such a welcome addition to a channel that has gone so far downhill trying to fabricate shows out of a pool of silly, goofy "personalities" that can barely cook. This is the best show FN has produced in years!!
