I just printed this recipe and can't wait to try it!!! This show was sooooo entertaining! I really enjoyed Anne's personality and how at ease she was in front of the camera. Nice to see her in the spotlight instead of in the background iron chef Batali. I'm DVR'ing the whole series. Thank you!

I saw the show this morning and had to make. I've been trying varieties of bolognese sauces for many years and can never get it thick enough. This is SUPERB. Followed the recipe exact...can't get much better. Thanks Ann!

I love the fact that you can use the food processor rather than chop all day, and I'm so glad someone explained that you need to brown the veggies, not just soften. I love the flavor, and you can make it your own with the wine choice!

WONDERFUL that finally someone is not afraid to add salt!!! Salt is a great seasoning and people are so afraid to add it, but we all need it, so season it up! It's great!!!

Anne Burrel's new show was outstanding. I especially enjoyed her personality. Anne do not change a thing you are already a hit. The Pasta Bolognese (initial show was fantastic, I look forward to her expert instructions in the future. Anne Burrel is a keeper.

Loved this recipes. It was very easy to make my guest love it there was none left, I also had 4 request for the recipe. On a side note: The growling thing that she does is VERY nerve racking & a lttle weird! It also made it difficult for me to watch the entire show.

I couldn't wait to see the show, we all love great food and finding the way the restaurants can help...had to try it. OUTSTANDING. I followed exactly the recipe and did keep tasting. I found in the past my error was in adding too much water and getting the "boiled meat" taste.

Can't wait to see the show!
