I love this recipe. I make it quite often and never get tired of it! It is fabulous as leftovers as well because the pork just soaks up the amazing cider/rosemary flavors. It is very tender, not too sweet, the salt brings perfect balance. Even the onions taste great! Love it!

I watched you make this at noon...made it that same night.
Came out perfect. Thank you for the cooking lesson.

This recipe is great. I made it with Sparkling Apple Cider but it was so wonderful. I kept tasting the sauce before it had completely reduced. Will make this again and again. Thanks Chef

Very tasty recipe and very budget-friendly. Next time I'll be sure to use fresh rosemary, instead of substituting dry, and I may try to thicken the sauce a little. I served it with roasted butternut squash, which was a perfect side dish.

My husband says "this is my new favorite" for pork chops. An explosion of flavor with the addition of red pepper flakes (I used more combined with the sweetness of the apple. I don't think it is necessary to use bone-in-just make sure not to dry out the chops in the oven.
