This was the best potato pancakes I have ever tasted!! Yummy!! I added green onions and black pepper to it and it was amazing!

I made this recipe along with the balsamic braised beef bisket last night and my family loved both! The potato pancakes were easy to make and they were very tasty. When they soaked up some of the sauce from the balsamic beef brisket, they were even better.

I have had such tasty success with so many of Anne's recipes that I was surprised the potato pancakes didn't work out as anticipated. The combination of cooked mashed potato with raw grated potato didn't sufficiently cook in the recommended time. Even when I extended the time in the pan, it just didn't work well. Loved the balsamic roast brisket in the same episode!

What a disappointment. The potato pancakes looked beautiful, but the taste and texture was so bad, I threw them away.

This was very tasty and soooo moist. I've always wanted to cook a Beef Brisket but wasn't sure how, to make it moist and good flavor. Thank you!!! my family loved it.
