Terrible!! That is way too much wine! Very sour to the taste. I had to redo it with just 2 tablespoon of wine. :((

simple & wonderful. I've made it three times now : this last time I decided to add chopped mushrooms and leaks and also added a little goat cheese to finish it with the parmesan. Yum!

This was my first time making this dish and it turned out absolutely great. Not that difficult to make either.

Beyond Tasty! Did not matter what I thought, our company devoured this Risotto Milanese with Osso Buco from Anne Burrell. I will miss AB's productions, but I am grateful that the Food Channel has kept Anne on as a talented, informative and very funny "Secret" that everyone should enjoy.

Risotto Milanese is something I grew up with and have loved all my life. Anne's got it perfected here. I prefer to use Carnaroli rice instead of Arborio since it makes a creamier risotto. Don't skimp on the cheese and for goodness's sake make sure it's the real thing; parmegiano reggiano, forget the canned stuff since it will ruin this dish.
