    Anne! You really know how to do it! I loved your tip about putting the risotto on hold after the second dose of liquid! I've lived in Italy, and your Risotto alla Milanese is the real deal! I love the way you cook on camera. You are a natural in the way that you talk to and teach the viewers. Watching your program makes me want to come over and cook with you! I am happy to call myself a loyal fan.

    Wow! I made this today and it was fabulous. I followed the recipe exactly. Even made the risotto . Now, I need to find a cheaper cut of meat...

    This is great, and though I've made risotto before, Anne's way of explaining it makes it so easy. You can make a great risotto without measuring or timing anything! also decided to add equal amounts of chopped chanterelles and shiitakes to this... yum!

    Wow! This was very good. Will definitely make this again. Great compliment to the osso bucco ----which I loved too! Thanks Anne. ....you rock!
