    They were good but I think I will add Rosemary to the dough and I ended up just rolling it out super thin since I don't have a pasta roller. I will make again.

    If you roll it out with 5 on the pasta roller, they get crispy (that was trial/error. I now use the entire dough recipe to make a double batch of crackers, with 3 C of cheese & 1 Tablespoon cayenne!

    I would consider these to be more of a chip than a cracker, kind of similar to pita chips. These are very versatile and you can modify the spices or flavors you add to them when you get bored with the garlic and asiago. The garlic dip is tasty but I prefer a more creamier dip for these like a ranch dressing based one or even a hummus.
