This was so delicious! Moist and flavorful! For the cornbread, I made three packages of Jiffy cornbread mix the day before and left it out overnight. Perfect!

This is the first stuffing not cooked in the bird that I have ever liked. Absolutely delicious. I used a sage breakfast sausage and white bread stuffing because that was all I had in my pantry. It's moist for once, has tons of flavor and was a real hit along side your recipe for roast chicken.

Super star doesn't begin to describe your talent with food.

    Thanks, Anne.

YOU ALL HAVE TO TRY THIS STUFFING!
I used 2 boxes of cornbread stuffing mix and the consistency was perfect! I also used sweet italian sausage which paired well with the sweet cranberries. No matter what nuts or herbs you add, there is really no way to mess up this dish!

I have Celiac disease and have not been able to eat stuffing for years. I decided to try this recipe with my gluten free cornbread. It was the best stuffing I have ever eaten! Thanks Anne for a wonderful Thanksgiving treat this year.

Everyone loved it. Even those people who aren't crazy about cranberries. Because they're dried, it's a good middle ground. I did, though, omit the walnuts.

Everybody loved the cranberries in the dressing. The dressing was moist, tasty and crispy on top! I did modify the recipe. I did not add the garlic, sausage, walnuts, sage and rosemary. Instead of using the evo, I used about 3/4 of butter. Came out delish.....!
