@jentyler I made this in a crockpot a couple years ago and it turned out great. I used the full amount of broth and it was fine, but to be safe just have some extra liquid on hand and check the stuffing every couple hours to see if it's drying and just add more liquid as needed.

Awesome! My oldest daughter who is 21 is trying to collect family recipes and recently complained that we don't have a family recipe for Thanksgiving stuffing. Well, we do now! I used 2 cups whole milk and 2 cups chicken stock, then added about a 1/4 cup heavy cream for even more richness. I also used a bag of cornbread stuffing cubes. We loved it! Thanks Anne!

I am cooking this tomorrow and I am wondering can I cook this in a crock pot and if not will it dry out if I cook it and leave it in the crock pot. I only have one oven so I'm stuck with how I'm going to cook this

I have made this recipe for Thanksgiving and Christmas for the last 2 years. Everyone loves it and my kids can't get enough. Make a double batch so you will have leftovers. I substitute toasted pine nuts for the walnuts due to a nut allergy, it tastes great!

This is fantastic. I made it last year and it is now my go to dressing! I can't wait to have it again next week. Myself and my extended family thought it was the perfect balance. I didn't have anyone say it was too spicy.

I made this last year and I'm making it again this year. I was looking for a stuffing recipe last year so that my Father-in-law still got to eat stuffing. Since no one else likes stuffing. It was such a big hit with the family. I don't like stuffing and I can't get enough of this one. Now everyone eats stuffing.

The best stuffing I have ever made or eaten. I made this last year for two different dinners, and didnt come home with any leftovers. I am making it again this year for a big group of single Marines that me and two other Marine wives are cooking dinner for and I am sure they will love it!

This is the best stuffing recipe and I can't wait to make it for our family gathering this year at Thanksgiving - I know everyone will love it! What is so great about this recipe, is that you can change it to your liking and still end up with a great and tasty result!
