I made this last year and everyone loved it! I use a mix for the cornbread, but can't remember how many packs I will need for 10 cups. Does anyone know?

Fantastic stuffing! Our family all loved it last year for Thanksgiving. I added 1 cup cranberries & 1 cup granny smith apples to change it up a bit. I also made fresh cornbread (not stale and the consistancy was perfect : Thanks Anne, this will be a dish I will make every year!

I made this for a small Thanksgiving with friends and family, and it was super yummy. I made the cornbread 2 days before, and then assembled and cooked it 1 day before and it was awesome.

I even used the leftovers for cute hors d vors - shape a few tablespoons of stuffing into a cookie cutter, coat with additional cornmeal and put under broiler. Then, top with orange-cranberry relish. Fancy and fantastic!

I saw Anne cook this and it looked interesting. I used a combination of spicy pork and beef sausages. Everyone who ate it LOVED it and there was almost nothing left. Never told anyone that it was from Anne and everyone wanted the recipe. Thanks Anne!!!!

When I watched Anne make this dish I said that I wanted to try it. I have never liked stuffing but it looked tasty and it was excellent. I made it this past Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. The pan was empty.

Very good cornbread stuffing. Used mild italian sausage instead of the hot sausage and it turned out great. Would probably use a little less cranberries next time though.

This is the best recipe for stuffing ever! I did however tweak it a bit. Instead of using stale cornbread i used fresh cornbread and I left the cranberries out.All my guests said it was the best side of the meal and that It was so moist and flavorful! The sausage was a great idea to include and I will use this stuffing recipe forever.
