Loved it! Don't think so much bacon needed but tastes amazing. My 1st time cooking chard.

Absolutely fantastic! I did not season it with salt and it still turned out too salty, but I give it five stars on flavor. Next time I will use low sodium stock. I paired this with crab cakes and a nice corn remoulade a la Bobby Flay and it was an amazing restaurant-quality meal.

This is a great recipe EXCEPT that it is too salty. Since I added no salt and my bacon was low sodium, I can only conclude that the chicken broth reduction was the source of salt. I will make the recipe again with home made salt-free stock.

I had heard a lot of benefits of Swiss chard and decided to try it. This recipe was so easy and tasted great! I used the stems to and they added a nice crunch. Thanks Anne!

I made this last night with rainbow swiss chard from my garden. My husband is still talking about it and reminded me to save it. He typically does not like sauteed vegetables. I followed the recipe except that I added one small zucchini sliced and one small yellow squash sliced at the same time I added the stems from the chard. I used chicken broth because that is what was at hand and I did not salt it. Not only was this DELICIOUS, it was a very pretty accompaniment to the rest of our meal!

Loved having the crunch and color of the chopped stems in combination of the wilted greens. And you can never go wrong with bacon!! Took it to a pot luck, where many people tried Swiss Chard for the first time and loved it!! Even a four year was eating it!!

I am a vegetarian so I switched the bacon with tempeh bacon and the chicken stock with vegetable stock. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe
