I love this show and have been making Anne's recipes one by one.

This recipe is great and really divulges the secret to getting a crispy skin on the fish. I have not been able to achieve this prior to watching her show!

I followed her tips to a "T" and my fish came out perfectly! Works on Halibut just as well!

I love Anne's personality. Also, the tips and secrets she gives the viewers are awesome. She cuts years off of trial and error for the home cook. Who would have guessed placing an oiled pan on top would help the crispiness of fish.
