These are great and I love her recipes, but she needs to PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH !. She will embarrass the cooks on "Worst cooks in America" on licking the utensils and sticking them back in the dish. Even eliminating people for doing that. But on her show she is constantly tasting the spoon she is mixing with.
COME ON ANN -THINK !!!!

Finally I found a cupcake recipe that has flavor. I have gone through so many recipes that are so bland and do not have any flavor. This is exceptional. I will be using this recipe and handing it down to my children. Thank you Anne. Plus it's so easy.

DELICIOUS, MOIST & TENDER! These cupcakes were a huge hit and talk about simple to make. I added the zest of one orange and 2 tsp. fresh squeeze orange juice and it gave them the most delicate orange flavor. I used my own frosting recipe, a dark chocolate and orange frosting and they were superb! Thanks Anne for yet another fantastic recipe . . . I can't wait for your cookbook to finally come out!

Followed the recipe and it was wonderful. I have been trying to find a great cupcake recipes for a while. This was exactly what I was look for. Super moist, fluffy, tasty and easy recipe to follow. Better than the recipes I have tried in my cookbooks.

I didn't make the frosting (I have my own stand-by but these cupcakes were delicious. Moist and yummy with great flavor. I halved the recipe and it still made 8 regular sized cupcakes and 20 minicupcakes. I took out my cupcakes at about 18 minutes--beware of the 20 minute cooking time! My minicupcakes took around 8-9 minutes. Thanks!

There was a step left out of this recipe. When do you add the chocolate? NOT cool. I am a novice at baking, this pointed it out to me.

Anny... What did you do? it was the frist time I saw you ***** the spoon and put it back.. Were you off today.. Can't beleive it..I love your show and watch it all the time.. your recipes are so good and you have taught me so much.. sorry to see you dip it twice.. But still love you!

These cupcakes bake up beautifully and look terrific, but are essentially flavorless. I made a hazelnut cream cheese frosting which is the only the
only thing that gives them any flavor. Kind of surprising.

I made these for a work meeting & they were good. I did not make the frosting because I was making several different kinds and had to cut time and just made a chocolate gaunache instead and dipped them. I thought the cupcakes could have been sweeter but prehaps Anne's frosting would have made a difference. Next time I'll try making the whole recipe.

I was going to make these cupcakes...but, after looking over the recipe for the chocolate buttercream frosting I changed my mind. The amount of butter in the frosting sounds like too much????? I am not good at changing recipes..i have to follow the recipe to the tee...anybody made them the way the recipe states???
