Okay...I made this for my honey the other day. The flavor was great! But, I kept the stove top fire cooking. That was my mistake. I ended up making scrambled eggs!!! Everything tasted great! But, be sure to turn the heat off when you mix the egg & cheese mixture to the pasta. I also recommend adding some shredded rotisserie chicken for additional lean protein, and perhaps some chopped Italian parsley! Happy Eating!

I really enjoyed this recipe. The green onions cut on the bias was just the touch that really made this dish excell. That is what I enjoy about watching Anne's show. Little things that can really elevate a dish. Thanks, Anne!!

I finally made this for dinner tonight and everybody was impressed with it, the only thing that I'm going to do differently is use a bit more pancetta next time.
I can't wait for cooler weather to make Anne's bolognese!

I love Anne Burrell! Her passion for food is contagious. But this dish was way to salty. I followed the recipie to the letter (eliminating the salt in the egg mixture and it was too salty!! Perhaps draining and rinsing the pasta would have helped. I don't know what else I could have done. The flavor profile was spot on. But the saltiness was overwhelming! Any ideas??

I've never had carbonara before, but I saw the episode featuring this recipe yesterday, and thought to myself, "I HAVE to try this!" The only thing I needed to buy was the pancetta, as I had everything else on hand. This is probably the best spaghetti dish I have ever tasted!!! It's like breakfast in a pasta form. It's so rich, so decadent, so mouthwatering delicious!!! Thank you Anne! This will definitely be a regular meal in my household!

This is the first recipe that I have ever commented on and I am an addicted Food Network junkie. This carbonara is truly delicious. I've made it a couple of times already and it takes me back to Rome every time. Definitely give this one a try!

ALL THE RECIPES THAT I HAVE TRIED OF ANNE'S ARE WONDERFUL. WE NEED HER ON PRIME TIME INSTEAD OF THE NEW AMATEURS WHO CAN NOT COOK. LIKE MELISSA. UKE
