THIS SALAD IS LIGHT AND LOVELY. PERFECT COMBINATION OF TASTES. GARLIC ADDS A SUBTLE TASTE TO THE POTATOES (AND APPRECIATED THE TIP ABOUT USING THE FORK AND NOT A KNIFE TO TEST POTATOES TOGETHER WITH THE SHERRY VINEGAR AND THE FRESH OREGANO YIELDS A TASTY, TANGY SALAD THAT GOES WELL WITH ANYTHING. ANNE'S PASSION FOR FOOD AND HER TEACHING TALENTS MAKE THIS ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON FNN. ALSO, APPRECIATE THAT SHE KEEPS HER SHOW ABOUT FOOD AND NOT ALL THOSE 'SIDE' STORIES.

This is really good - very tasty and I love that it is not mayo based. The recipe is a little off - it called for garlic in two places but only mentions once in the recipe - other than that a keeper just the way it is.

Watched this episode and wanted to try potato salad a new way and this was very good! My daughter and I had it with a couple of small steaks and we both liked it. I didn't have sherry vinegar though and used apple cider vinegar which worked well. Seems like it did need more salt even though I did put salt in the boiling water and ice water bath. I will make this again! Thanks Ann - love your show!
