This was excellent and we like making them as appetizers at the end of the long work week! We like Ann's attitude and playfulness. She exhuberates fun in the kitchen! Thank you for a fun filled show.

This recipe is easy and has great flavors. We found it to be dry.
The next time I try this recipe I will add some type of moisture
to the stuffing mix.

I loved this recipe. I bought what I thought are the right jarred peppers, but they didn't say piquillo on it. Are pimento peppers the same? Can someone tell me what brand they used? Anyway, I made it and my husband loved it. I even made the salad to serve with it.
Thanks Anne. I love your recipes.

My BFF said OMG x 10. And this can be so versatile. You can cut the peppers into little squares and put a spoon of the filling on them for appetizers. A nice heat but not overpowering. Definitely a keeper.
