WOW. This was amazing was intrigued by Zesty description as I love tangy food. Have to make a confession, I miss read directions due to hasty late night dinner making so ended up saute onions and celery in the oil until softened then added RW vin.Even I could'nt ruin it and it turned out great I definitely will be making again. It could be my favorite all time cant wait to try tomorrow when it will be cold.

This is really a "wow" dish. I only changed one minor thing: I didn't have red wine vinegar so I used sherry vinegar instead. It was supposed to last for 2 nights, but everyone gobbled the *entire* bowl, so I'll have to make more for tomorrow! IT'S A KEEPER!

What a great potato salad! Sometimes I make it with homemade mayo and sometimes with Best Foods mayo...both work just fine although I find I like it better with the homemade when I cut back on the vinegar a little. When using store bought mayo, I use 1/2 cup as the recipe calls for. This is an easy recipe to play around with to see what you and your family like best. Serving this warm puts it over the top delicious...so nice to find a good alternative to my regular potato salad.

I love this potato salad. It is easy to prepare and super flavorful. It is tangy, not your average potato salad. This one will be a sure winner at the next potluck!

Wow, big bold flavor. I wasn't sure my kids would eat this with the vinegar but it was great and they have requested it several times. It is fast and easy to make. Another winner from Anne.

I really didn't care for this recipe and neither did my husband. I used the exact ingredients she called for and didn't change anything and it was an overwhelming taste of mustard and was actually kind of bitter. I usually like her recipes but I just didn't care for this one.

Absolutely Delicious! However to save time I just used Best Food Mayonnaise.

This recipe lives up to its name and was exactly what I was looking for! I made this as a side dish for a bbq party and it totally stole the show. Guests went back for seconds and were still raving the day after.

I used Yukon gold potatoes and added a pinch or two of dried dill at the end. (IMHO, dill is essential to any potato salad and added yet another layer of flavor to this zesty recipe.

I had never made homemade mayonnaise before, but found it to be super easy and essential to this recipe's success. I did not change the proportions of eggs/acid/oil except that I replaced 1 tbsp of the red wine vinegar with lemon juice, which brightened the flavor nicely and added a nice note of sharpness.

My new "go to" recipe for potato salad. Thanks, Anne!
