Delicious! And unlike some sweet potato casserole dishes, this one isn't loaded with butter! Great flavor, and although it requires some effort, there's nothing difficult about it. I will make this again, for sure.

This has been a big hit over the last two years with family special occasions, especially the holidays. Thank you Anne!

The most amazing sweet potato recipe I've ever tried! Because of a nut allergy I substituted Total cereal for the walnuts. We had zero leftovers of this dish.

My guests and I thought this was awesome; a very nice change to the regular line up. My orange produced a lot of juice and I could have cut back a bit. Some reviewers thought the topping was too oily but I baked mine at the specified temperature and the textural contrast was very tasty.

Prepared as a Thanksgiving side dish and they were a hit. The orange added a fresh component and the apricot added texture. Topping was good but for a lower calorie version could be omitted.

I also made this as a thksgiving side dish. When it came to packing for next day(s leftover I was left with one large spoonful!!!! What a hit! Will def. make again next time as a side dish to a ham/ or even barbecued ribs ;!!! I also did as "Cannlang" and used a little salt but you don't have to if you rather not

Made this for a Thanksgiving side dish. We loved it! Only used juice from half of the orange and added a bit of salt. Great alternative to the marshmallow sweet potatoes I used to make.

These sweet potatoes are delicious, although very sweet (like a dessert!. The combination of orange, apricot, sweet potato, and cinnamon work very well together.

A few weeks ago I saw the Food Network show that Anne made this recipe and I thought it looked wonderful. I immediately read the reviews, and they all were positive. This last week as I prepared to print out my recipes for our Thanksgiving dinner, I noticed that there were a couple of new reviews that were not so favorable, and I had second thoughts. However, I recently met Ms. Burrell in Santana Row where she was doing a book signing and food demo. I purchased her new cookbook and have been enjoying every bite of the recipies I've made. So, in trusting Anne's abilities, today I made this casserole and I certainly was not dissapointed. As she suggests, I tasted as I was making it. It is delicious, easy and beautiful. I cannot wait to serve it tomorrow! Yet another awesome job, Anne! Happy Thankgiving! Julie
