Very easy to make, I used a large can of sweet potatoes and mashed them instead of fresh. Very tasty!

I would make this again, but would leave out the apricots. They made it too sweet for my taste, and the consistancy was weird. Without the apricots I think it would be great!

This is the best sweet potato recipe! I did substitute the walnuts with pecans, since my family isn't a fan. My son, who always wants marshmellows, LOVED it! No one noticed the apricots or the orange...only that it was an amazing dish. Thanks, Ann!

The orange & apricot was delicious without being too sweet.

Saw Anne making this on her show a few weeks ago and thought it was a nice change to a much too common sweet potato dish. It was absolutely delicious!! Made it for an office luncheon and everyone loved it. The apricots are a wonderful touch and the topping is much nicer than the overly sweet usual melted marshmellows. A must try recipe....I added more apricots to the recipe.

I watched her a few minutes ago and she said it called for 1/2 cup dried chopped apricots. She said you could use raisins instead.
I am going to make her Turkey roll. I love her recipes. Happy Thanksgiving

I would very much like to make this recipe, but don't understand how much diced dried apricots to use, Recipe says "1/2 diced dried apricots" Does this mean 1/2 of one apricot? Please let me know so I can make for Thanksgiving.

Made this last night. The apricots were an awesome twist.
