A definite summer best recipe. Easy to make on a week night. Bought most of our ingredients at the farmers market. Delicious!! Will be a regular on our menu for the rest of the summer. Thank you!

This is really good! I think it will be even better when local tomatoes are in season. I will probably make this often during the summer.

This dish was easy to make, and was absolutely delicious! What a great marriage of flavors for summer--corn, tomatoes, and pasta. I'll definitely make this again. The family loved it.

This was light and refreshing which was exactly what I needed. I'm a busy student so it's nice when a recipe is quick and delicious. Anne's done it again!

This is what my 5 yr old granddaughter said as she was eating the last of Tagliatelle. I made this for my family and they loved it. I will be making it again.

Thanks for a wonderful dish that was bursting with flavor.

    "3 cloves garlic, smashed"

That's gotta be the best description of what to add to a recipe ever!! Ha!

Thanks Anne!!!!!! I had two ears of corn left over and my husband is always eating the same meals every week. My mother in law lives with us and with them being italian they always look for BOLD flavors. This recipe is that and more! My husband actually asked if this can be a side dish at least once a week.... I almost passed out!!!! Just make sure the corn is fresh ( I bought it right from the farm and if you follow her recipe exactly you will NOT REGRET IT!!!!!

    THANKS

I had extra corn on the cob, so I decided to try this recipe. It looked easy. OMG it was SOOOO GOOD! My husband had seconds and thirds. I loved it! You have to try it, but only use fresh corn on the cob, nothing beats fresh. This recipe is my new fav! Thanks Anne Burrell!

How can such a simple recipe deliver such great flavors! Follow the directions. I was worried when I took the pasta out of the water so soon but it all came together beautifully. My family went nuts over it. The grape tomatoes give it such a sweet, intense flavor. A keeper and now one of my favorites. Anne has quickly become one of my favorite chefs.

With an over abundant cherry tomato harvest, this was just the ticket.
My cherry tomatoes were large so I cut them in half or quarters. Also had trouble finding taglatelle in our grocery market. Substituted a package of fresh Fettuccine. worked great! Had left over corn on the cob already cooked, so, just added it in near the end.
