I love Anne, find her recipes delicious and like many others think she is a great teacher. However, I was disappointed with this recipe. I thought there was too much corn which made the pasta overly sweet. My husband didn't like the addition of the corn at all. I am a good cook so based on the high reviews wondering what I did wrong.

This is the first recipe I have tried of Anne's but it won't be the last. This recipe is absolutely a show stopper and delicious!

After watching my FAV girl cook, I followed the instructions to the letter except I couldn't get any rock shrimp. I used 16-20 ct local shrimp instead. Hubby said it was ok & I had to agree it wasn't one of my favorites from Anne. She's an amazing chef/sous chef & I always love her food but this time I'll just give it 4 stars. Sorry Anne but you still ROCK!
PS: Any chef worth his weight in gold ALWAYS tastes their food as they go along. I have absolutely no problem with that - in fact, I would expect that from any chef/cook out there.

I just made this and it is so fresh and summery. I left out the shrimp because I am allergic to shellfish... I really appreciate Anne Burrell. She's a little wild and crazy, her food is always amazing, and she breaks stuff down in an easy to accomplish way.
You keep doin what your doin and I'll keep looking to you for amazing food!

To the person that trashed her without making the recipe; you should be ashamed of yourself!

I love Anne Burrell. I have cooked most of her dishes and my family and friends have loved them. I am so sick of people that have no desire to better their cooking, they only want to critic het movements and how many times she repeats word, etc. Please you people do something else with your time and leave the rest of to watch and LEARN. I have only fixed the asparagus and it was out of this world.

This dish is wonderful and very easy to make. Once you have all of your ingredients, it's a sinch !! My entire family absolutely loved it. Very filling, wonderful taste. The cheese added the finishing touch. Be sure to make the asparagus salad to go with it. It is fabulous !!!!. Anne makes such good food, and I appreciate her way of explaining every thing she does. I love to watch her show, and then make it.
    She is so much fun.

Thought this would be great when I saw corn & shrimp in same recipe and was not disappointed. Did not have FRESH tagliatelle but I wish I had; dying to learn to make my own pasta. Janello ( Plain Jane, Jello sorry for your family. Do you just throw their food on a plate and say "taste this--hope it tastes okay". ANY GOOD CHEF TASTES THEIR FOOD BEFORE SERVING IT. If they don't they have no passion/care for their food, flavors, or the people they are serving. I believe on one of the recent Top Chef show one of the chefs said they knew they were going to fare badly because they ran out of time and didn't have time "TO TASTE THEIR FOOD" and that meant showing the judges they taste their food ON CAMERA !

I love Chef Anne, her recipes and her show! Her humor cracks me up! My husband and I ate this dish tonight and loved, loved, loved it. Thank you Chef Anne and keep doing what you're doing. You have one of the best shows going on Food Network.

This recipe was very light and, just as it says, perfect for summer. I made this with gluten-free pasta and thought that it was delicious. Yumm!
