I wanted to make this so bad. Ever since I saw the show I've been wanting to make it. I went on line to find out what truffles are. Then I found out how much they cost. WOW. I still want to make them. I just don't know how I'm going to justify it with my husband. The question is, is it really worth it?

I just made these and they are perfect i cooked the eggs per the recipe and they came out the way Anne said they would the color of the yolk is beautiful.Now time to enjoy...
