Made these last night for dinner for my husband and myself and they were fantastic! Very juicy and you could almost not even tell it was turkey. So flavorful! These will definitely be made again and again.

These were absolutely delicious!! My husband enjoyed them as well and he usually doesn't like a burger that isn't ground beef. I'll surely make these again!

Absolutely delicious! I am not a fan of ground turkey but have been trying to find recipes for it as I am wish to cut back on ground beef. This burger was so flavorful and juicy! Sadly, I realized too late I was out of fresh ginger so I went without. Can't wait to try again with ginger. My family suggested a little less cilantro (personal preference. The hot chili sauce mayo was super yummy as well.

This is a really great turkey burger! I left out the water chestnuts and next time will reduce soy and water to 2 tablespoons. Flavors are similar to a potsticker.

These turkey burgers rock! What a great alternative to traditional turkey burgers. The asian flavors and the crunch of the water chestnuts are terrific. Will make these burgers again and again...wouldn't change a thing.

Just made these tonight for dinner and they were excellent. However, there's a few issues with this recipe. For one, 1/4 cup soy sauce is WAY too much. I used reduced sodium gluten free tamari and will be cutting that back to 1/8 cup. You also do NOT need to add extra water; the mixture becomes too loose; one of the burgers broke apart on me when I tried to flip it. Also, I don't see a need to re-oil the pan once you're ready to cook them - my burgers got way too dark. I did not use any condiments or toppings and did not toast the rolls. Flavor-wise, these are excellent, but do use less soy sauce - the initial saltiness is just a bit too much.
