Awesome! This was the best Turkey Burger I have ever made. My husband and I followed Ann's recipe exactly and we really loved it! Finally a Turkey Burger that wasn't dry! It is the only Turkey Burger recipe I will ever use now. And if you haven't watched Ann, you gotta give her a try too, she's a great Chef with a funny personality!

Delicious! This is one of the best burgers period! Definitely, the best turkey burger ever. I have tried a lot of them. This has great flavor and stays moist. If you don't want the spiciness just leave the chili sauce out. I put it in and it really tastes fantastic! Anne, this one is a WINNER!!!!

Not a big fan of ground turkey, but this recipe was amazingly good. Anne always comes up with recipes that she makes you want to try. She's the best.

Like the best part of a pot sticker only healthier! Anne Burrell is a rockstar of a chef. These flavors are great and I love the bits of water chestnuts for added crunch.

Anne Burrell is, in a word, BRILLIANT. She really is the best chef on the network. She really knows what she's doing. A great fancy chef but still explains things in a way that anyone can understand. I watch her even if I dont eat the type of food she's cooking at the time. You never know what you can learn.

Oh, my! These were the best turkey burgers ever! Watched this episode one day, made the burgers the next day. Fabulous. Followed the recipe exactly. The house and the outdoors smelled so good while these were being cooked. Thanks. This burger will definately be made again and again. Everyone loved it.

This is seriously THE BEST turkey burger I have ever had! My husband was not thrilled when I told him what I was making, but after the first couple of bites, he told me I had to make them again. I left out the chili because I wasn't sure my young son would like it, but I think I'll add in a litte next time. Wow! Great flavor!

Truly moist turkey burgers! Healthier & more moist than my go-to burger recipe 'Knife-and-Fork Chili Turkey Burgers' by George Stella. I did make some changes: 1/2 soy 1/2 worcester instead of full soy amount; 1/2 onions 1/2 jalapenos instead of full onion amount; 1/2 the water chestnut amount; added spices like chili, cumin, paprika while cooking the onions & peppers; no buns. The burgers need a good crust to stay intact, so pan instead of a grill is key.

These are the most delicious turkey burgers in the entire world. They are moist, and a bit on the soft side, so make sure to cook them in a pan or griddle. We adjusted the chili paste to 2 teaspoons for our kids, and we all thought that the seasoning was perfect. They are a great option if you are watching your weight (sans the cheese. We served with a side of oven-roasted sweet potato "fries." Yummalicious!
