OMG, this has got to be the best turkey burger I have ever had! Like Anne said on the show, I too have had my share of dry turkey burgers! Made them excatly like the recipe called for, the water chestnuts had a wonderful crunch factor, my husband not a big fan loved this! The recipe doesn't say to cook them on a flat top not a grill, I recommend this method and also a little refrigeration between making the patties and cooking them. Even ate them 2 days in a row. YUM!

Very tasty! The turkey burgers are extremely moist and juicy! The seasoning was right on and the sambol oelek adds great heat to the burger! A definite must make if you want to change up boring turkey burgers!!

I would love to review the Turkey Burgers, but we never got past the Lettuce Wraps idea below. Delicious. We thought recipe probably had too much chile and soy sauce for our kids, so we cut the amount back and did the test patty. Wrong. We then added the full amount called for, and it was perfect. This recipe is a keeper.

I just finished my taster patty....delicious! I will serve these in lettuce wraps with an asian slaw and corn on the cob for a great summer meal. I also made the cookies from this episode and they were great too. I love finding new recipes. Thanks Anne!

We loved these Turkey Burgers!!!! I followed the recipe exactly, except I didn't have cilantro, But these burgers were still very, very tasty. I can say they are moist, and tasty with just enough kick to make you want more! Best I have had; and I have tried many recipes; even from other food network stars. Thank you Anne, I love your show and my family loves many of your recipes cause you are my go to chef! Yes, they are spoiled!

Anne is amazing. Love the flavor combination and secret to a moist turkey burger. Semi low fat too minus the mayo. My motto...If it's bad don't eat it! Life is too short to settle.

The real secret to a good turkey burger is to add a splash of cream to the turkey as you mix it up. You'll always have a moist burger that way. This had good flavor, but needed a bit of richness that cream provides.
