Oh man this was great. My family is already big fans of Farro and beans, but never combined them in this manner. And the radicchio addition was a nice touch. This was the introduction of radicchio to my house- it was a HIT!

This recipe is DELICIOUS!!! Whether or not she used farro or farro perlato is NO REASON to give this recipe one star???!!! Doesn't matter WHICH farro, just cook according to the particular FARRO you have on hand and proceed with the recipe!!! My guests thoroughly enjoyed this and I will be definitely making this often!!! THANKS ANNE

Are you using farro or farro perlato ? There is a big difference if using plain farro.
